Jack Oujo, CPA/PFS, CFP^®, CSA, MS (Taxation)

Jack D. Oujo has been involved in the financial, insurance, and accounting industries since 1981. A Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Senior Advisor, Jack currently conducts his practice in Wall, New Jersey. For 18 consecutive years, he has earned the HD Vest Top Producer Award and has been one of their Top 5 producers in the nation for the last ten years. As of 2011, he is the current #1 producer in the nation. NJ Monthly Magazine has named him a 5 Star Wealth Manager for the past two years. Jack graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and he went on to earn a Master’s degree in Taxation from Farleigh Dickinson University with a 3.6 Grade Point Average.

His areas of business focus are in retirement, estate, and tax planning for his clientele of professional athletes and officials, business owners, physicians, high-net-worth individuals and retirees. Prior to his financial services affiliation, Jack had a successful career as a professional baseball umpire reaching the Class AAA level. He won the Joe Ryan Award as the highest rated umpiring prospect in the minor leagues in 1985.

Jack’s work philosophy is simple and direct: “I want to identify and satisfy the Wealth Management needs of my clients. I want to always place my clients’ financial well-being above my own.” Through consistent effort and a reputation for outstanding service, he has built a solid base of satisfied clients. His wide experience in the technical areas of financial, investment, and tax planning enables Jack to evaluate each client’s current needs and long-term goals, and then formulate a strategy to pursue them.

As part of his community service activities, Jack has been an instructor of adult education classes in Freehold, NJ, treasurer of the Spring Lake Chamber of Commerce, and legislative chairman of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. As a Coach and Board Member of the Brick American Little League, he helped lead the 14-year-old All Stars to the only State Championship in the 45-year history of the league in 2005. He also coached the State runner-up team in 2010 with a different group of players. He has coached championship teams in the St. Dominic’s Basketball Recreational League. Jack recently served as the President of the NJ/NY Chapter of the College Baseball Umpires Association (CBUA).  He is currently the Freshman Baseball Coach at St Rose High School in Belmar, NJ. He has held that post since 2009 and has made significant donations to that program. He has run a successful youth baseball umpire program in the Brick American Baseball League for the past ten years. He played in the United States over 30 Baseball League for 18 years and won numerous championships and played in multiple All-Star games. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. In his leisure, Jack enjoys golf and baseball. He and his wife, Eileen, and their three children reside in the Sea Girt Estates section of Wall, New Jersey. His daughter Kaitlin recently graduated from The George Washington University and his son, Chris, is one of the youngest commercial airline pilots in the country with American Eagle in Dallas, Texas. His son Matthew is a sophomore at St Rose High School in Belmar, NJ.

Anna Michal, CPA - Anna is our Tax and Accounting Service specialist and has been with the Firm since 1994. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Monmouth University and her Masters in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. She has worked in the field of accounting and tax for over twenty years.  She is Series 6 licensed and is a registered representative with HD Vest. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When it isn’t tax season, Anna enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, tending her flowers and watching the New York Giants.

Tracey Warrington, CFS, AAMS®, AWMA® - Tracey is our Client Relations Manager, specializing in Wealth Management service.  Tracey joined the firm in August of 2006, bringing with her 18 years of wealth management experience.  Tracey is currently Series 7 and Insurance licensed and is a Registered Representative of H.D. Vest.   Tracey likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible – at the beach, cheering on Wall High School, Rutgers University, the Philadelphia Phillies, and caring for her Pugs.

Rosemary Humphrey  - Rosemary joined the staff in the fall of 2003. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Iona College  Rosemary is our Bookeeper and also a tax preparer.  She is a Certified Bookeeper as recognized by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIFB).  Rosemary and her husband, John, reside in Wall Township where they are active members of the community.

 
Michael Galeotafiore - Michael works in the Tax and Accounting Services Department for the firm. He joined the firm in December 2004.  Michael previously was sole proprietor of Wall to Wall Bagels in Wall, NJ.  Michael received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from Montclair State College.  He resides in Brick with his wife Dina and their four children.
